A DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
Ramsey Jones Homes is the largest manufactured home dealership in the tristate area, serving Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri. They carry a large selection of modular, manufactured, single wide, and double wide homes to help customers find a home within their budget. Ramsey Jones Homes contacted Vervocity with hopes of finding an innovative way to wow prospective home buyers. Static photos didn’t quite capture the detail and quality of their homes, so they wanted a way to virtually transport customers into their properties. We created a series of three 3D virtual home tours to do just that.

SMARTPHONE ACCESSIBLE
Our goal for the Ramsey Jones Homes project was to showcase the value and quality of these homes to people of all ages and incomes. When creating the virtual tours, we knew that we needed to make them as accessible as possible for potential home buyers. We didn’t want people to have to download a special app to view the homes, so we created the tours using a program that can be accessed from any device, including smartphones, tablets, and desktops. It can be difficult to accurately depict layout through photos, so we created a platform for customers to digitally walk-through. DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS are also available throughout the tour to help answer any questions that customers may have about room sizes, home features, and more!
