Orscheln Properties Co. L.L.C. is a multi-faceted real estate development company that offers various property types, agreements, and services to clientele in mid-Missouri. Because they have various target audiences, they wanted a user-friendly website that effectively works for anyone interested in their commercial, retail, or industrial properties.
After the initial consultation with their team, one of our main goals for the website was to better reflect the professionalism, scale, and quality of their services and properties. Each property needed to be easily accessible and presented in a way that is VISUALLY APPEALING and specific to each listing. The new website clearly defines property specifics, features, and suggestions for each location. Visitors are given the initial information and resources they need to contact Orscheln Properties about available space.
LEAD GENERATION
A professional, aesthetically-pleasing website was only part of our end goal for Orscheln Properties. We also wanted to create a functional sales tool that transforms visitors into leads and leads into loyal clients.
Powerful, strategic calls-to-action, combined with an accessible menu at the top of the website, guide visitors through the journey of browsing properties for lease or sale. The homepage acts as a brief company introduction so potential customers know who Orscheln Properties is and what they offer. New aerial photos of the properties give visitors a first look at the physical locations to make it easier to visualize the possibilities. Our designers used a combination of brand colors, uniform design elements, and strategic calls to action to showcase properties and services and turn the new website into a lead generation tool.
