The fixed navigation allows users to access information at any moment as they scroll down the page.

Along with being a lead generation tool, the website also needed to be an educational resource for landowners. A Frequently asked questions drop down menu appears directly on the homepage so visitors can see popular questions or concerns answered immediately. Clearly named page links guide users to each page, and relevant, organized information explains how and why Niemeyer Family Farms is committed to their landowner partners.
