People-First Design
Gully Transportation has spent over 75 years building a strong reputation in the trucking and freight industry. When they came to Vervocity, they wanted a website that reflected that reputation while supporting future growth. Their main focus was to attract qualified drivers and connect with shipping partners. We partnered with their team to design a modern, mobile-friendly site with clear, search-optimized content created to reach both audiences.
The homepage opens with a behind-the-scenes video captured by our videographer, featuring daily operations. Prominent calls to action encourage drivers and shippers to take the next step as soon as they land on the website. The design adapts seamlessly to any device, and the content focuses on being professional, friendly, and easy for people to understand. Employee testimonials and community-focused messaging reinforce Gully’s identity as a family-owned company that values its people. Every detail helps tell the story of who they are and how they show up for their drivers and partners.
INTERACTIVE ELEMENTS
We designed the Gully Transportation website to keep users visually engaged while guiding them through a smooth and intuitive experience. Subtle motion elements and scroll-triggered animations bring energy to the user experience, drawing attention without being overwhelming. An interactive terminal map encourages users to click on each location to see contact info and service areas.
We used strong visuals, including client-provided photos of employees and equipment, to show the people behind the company. A branded color palette of blue, gold, and white keeps the design consistent and easy to follow. Every design choice supports Gully’s strong reputation and long-standing commitment to its drivers and partners. Together, we worked with Gully Transportation to create a website showcasing the legacy, pride, and people-first mindset driving their business forward.
