UNDERSTANDING THE AUDIENCE
Caregiver Connections, coordinated by Chaddock, provides early childhood mental health consultation support for childcare providers. Their unique, free support program helps childcare providers throughout Illinois recognize, understand, and respond to the social and emotional needs of children up to age five.
With a clear understanding of their target audience being childcare providers, we designed the Caregiver Connections website to be welcoming, informative, and reassuring. The website needed to appeal to providers seeking resources, support, and trustworthy guidance. Our design team wove a delicate balance between professionalism and compassion into every page to ensure that each visitor feels supported and well-informed.
INTERACTIVE FEATURES
The primary goal for the website was to develop a fresh, modern design consistent with the Chaddock brand. Our team designed each website element to reflect their branding while also highlighting Caregiver Connections’ unique identity, mission, and services.
One of the standout features of the new website is the interactive service delivery area map. Users can quickly find service providers within their area by interacting with and clicking on the pin points. customizable map data allows Caregiver Connections to easily update service areas and information as the program changes or evolves. We believe in thinking outside the box to create designs that stand out, and the map offers a tailored solution to enhance user experience.
