As a new development, Neylon partnered with Vervocity on various projects to advertise homes, lots, and events. The goal of the postcard projects was to create effective marketing materials that attracted potential home buyers to Neylon Farms. This project feature showcases two of the postcards sent out to potential buyers and the community.
The first postcard announced an upcoming open house event, designed to invite prospective buyers to experience Neylon Farms firsthand. The second postcard highlighted two specific homes available for sale, providing key details and enticing images to grab the interest of potential buyers.
