The new app allows their service techs to track service done on a machine and send information back to the customer relationship management, or CRM tool, for tracking purposes.

This app allows a service tech to go out and scan a barcode on a machine and then scan all the parts being installed and lubricant being used. Then the app pushes that info to their data warehouse.
The client had a tight timeline on this mobile app project, but our developers were able to meet that need and build an app that sets the standard in organization and user experience for service techs.
