LAYERED DESIGN
Sts. Peter and Paul School is a Catholic, preschool through 7th grade school that offers many benefits to students and parents throughout Hancock County, IL. However, the school didn’t have a tangible resource to remind parents of those benefits once they finished a tour. Retaining a lot of details from a single visit can be challenging, so their team partnered with Vervocity to create a post-tour welcome packet.
The welcome packet’s design is visually-appealing, well-organized, and on-brand. It features a layered layout, making it easy for parents to navigate through sections and find key points discussed during the tour. The school continues the connection to prospective parents by providing a physical reminder of the school’s benefits, activities, and direct contact information. Overall, the welcome packet serves as a reference point to help parents in their decision-making process.
FULLY ASSEMBLED
Along with being informational, the packet is also personal. A personal letter written by the principal is one of the first full pages parents see when they open the folder. His contact information is readily available so parents know who they’re contacting with any additional questions or registration information.
Vervocity designed, created, and assembled all of the packets. After finalizing the design with Sts. Peter and Paul School, we partnered with a local printing company to have the materials mass printed in high-definition. We wanted the entire packet, from the photos and text to the cover and layers, to appear professional, bright, and memorable. Our marketing team tries to make processes as easy as possible for our clients, so we handle the logistics of delivering finished materials fully assembled.
