ORGANIZED READABILITY
The Quincy Park District has served the Quincy community since 1941. It consists of more than 1,000 acres of parkland across 32 locations and works year-round to offer programs and events for all ages.
When they approached us about designing their 2025 program and event guide, we knew the brochure needed to get people excited about exploring parks and signing up for activities.
The guide included a lot of information, so we organized the text into headings, sections, and numbered pages that were easy to find. Our graphic design team worked closely with the Quincy Park District to turn their content into a polished and user-friendly printed guide.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
Our collaboration with the Vervocity team has been exceptional! Abigail, Vervocity's Graphic Designer, has continued to support our community vision by handling the design of our brochure, trail signs, and all essential marketing collateral throughout this year's campaign. The successful opening of two major new facilities, Nature Trails East and the All-Inclusive Wavering Park, is a testament to their work, tangibly reaching thousands in our community. A special thanks to Jennifer, Vervocity's Marketing Services Manager, for her outstanding work in keeping all of our projects (and us) on track.

Branded Design
We used the Quincy Park District’s official brand colors, fonts, and logos throughout the brochure. Our goal was to make the guide instantly recognizable as part of their brand identity. Using brand consistency ensures professional and cohesive messaging.
We also updated and designed a map for the Parks Locations page. Each park is clearly marked with numbered points that correspond to a key featuring park names and brief descriptions, offering a visual reference for visitors exploring popular Quincy park locations.
We enjoyed the opportunity to support the Quincy Park District in promoting its programs and events for the year ahead. The final brochure reflects their dedication to public recreation and makes it easier for community members to stay informed and get involved.
