Virtual Showrooms
Melrose, a leading wholesaler in giftware and decor, wanted to improve the customer experience at their Atlanta showroom markets. Vervocity worked closely with them to create new 3D showroom tours and a custom sales and product management program.
Twice per year, Melrose welcomes customers to the Atlanta market and their 10,000 sqft product showroom. Our photographer traveled to Georgia to capture high-resolution images of the space and provide sales representatives with an interactive tool for both the point of sale and after the sale. The virtual tours replace the need for manual note-taking and written orders and allow customers to explore and engage with products anytime and from anywhere.

Order Buildout
As sales representatives walk customers through the showroom, the virtual tour is readily available on their tablets. Product pins, or clickable anchors, give salespeople the option to view specific products and build orders in real time. The custom program supplies instant access to product details without slowing down the shopping experience. The showroom tours are also available on the Melrose website to keep customers connected to products they loved long after they’ve left the physical market.
We worked closely with Melrose to create a new, seamless sales experience and maintained transparent communication throughout the process. Their showrooms can now help sell themselves. We provided the tools, and Melrose added pin placement and product details, ensuring their virtual tours looked and functioned exactly how they wanted.
