McNay Truck Line is a truck-load common and contract carrier offering transportation services primarily within a four hundred mile radius of its home terminal in Quincy, Illinois. McNay provides its customers with the highest quality service possible in their field. It is the policy of McNay to communicate thoroughly with the customer, not to over-book loads, and to always deliver the freight on time. Not only did they want to convey all that through a new website, but they also wanted to use the new website for driver recruitment. They needed a website to function as a powerful marketing tool to attract drivers and new customers alike. In order to give customers and potential drivers a better web experience, Vervocity developed a custom, responsive website that gives visitors a feeling like they are using a customized app. We worked to make the CMS tool easy for McNay to use in order to manage text, photography, and videos. Vervocity also displayed trucking services and coverage areas, used forms to gather new client inquiries, and created an online application for prospective drivers to apply for available positions.
