The mission of the Hannibal Board of Public Works is to provide safe, reliable utility products with excellent customer service at reasonable prices. They deliver electricity, water, sewer, and stormwater services in the city of Hannibal, Missouri. We’ve been working for them for a while and when their new website launched (which Vervocity proudly built), we saw a need for them to make a big announcement to the public. We met with the HBPW team and they decided we should create a promotional video to announce the launch. Their goal was to build brand awareness and customer trust. We helped by showcasing all the new features was with an eye-catching video!
We took videos of HBPW experts hard at work for their customers and combined snippets of that footage with graphics and animation. This was a unique situation as we were showcasing all the new features of their website, so there was a nice amount of copy to play within each animation. Videos shot on location personalize your message and add a human touch to any brand and its offerings. We partnered HBPW with our in-house videographer, producer, and creative director to bring high-quality video production in a way that’s easily digestible online and on social media. Video marketing is imperative in a search engine-driven world. Our informational video helps new and existing customers maximize the value of HBPW services.
