SIMPLE NAVIGATION
A&B Properties is the largest apartment rental company in Quincy, IL. Because they manage multiple properties, many tenants rely on them for resources and information. Vervocity worked with A&B Properties to design a user-friendly website that caters to residents’ needs and allows tenants of all ages to to find what they’re looking for easily.
Life gets busy, and sometimes tenants have to handle things on the go. An easy-to-find ‘Pay Rent’ button leads users to a straightforward online payment system. Residents can pay their rent with just a few clicks and receive peace of mind knowing their rent is payable anytime, anywhere. The website also links to a convenient online tenant portal that simplifies tasks and maintenance requests.
One of the main goals for the website design was to provide simple navigation for tenants, so we created a layout that provides flexibility and simplifies the rental process, making it less of a chore for the tenant.
RENTAL SHOWCASE
Another goal of the website was to showcase available rentals and encourage applications. Impressions matter, especially when it comes to choosing a new home. Before people even leave the homepage, they’re shown calls to action about viewing rentals and featured property photos. A photo slide show displays the main photos of the rentals with basic information, including square footage and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. An informational page appears after clicking the photo with additional details, property photos, and options to schedule a showing or apply.
Moving can be stressful, so we designed a website for A&B Properties that is clean, contemporary, and makes it easy for people to find resources and available rental properties.
